You guys will want to keep an eye on things that consume bandwidth and disk space. This image is 4128x2322 and 3.86MB. I'm taking a quick look from work where I have an OC-3 connection so it was fine for that but more typical connection speeds and your storage space on your server could become an issue...

Just limited media uploads to 2 MB. All images that are greater than 2000x2000 should be resized automatically.

Good info. Good pic. I like the x7 derailers because of the direction of entry of the cable. Straight down from above. My rival/force derailers come in from the "bottom" and thus require a loop in the cable. I'm convinced this loop creates a catch point for moisture and contributes to rapid oxidization and problems with the cable sticking.
