I had to raise the back to get the proper recline for me, it just was too much recline directly on the frame. As I mentioned, I went back to the original seat. It's just about perfect for me. The headrest is great, you just have to get it adjusted right.

One thing I do not like about the POC on the Silvio is the step over height. It's over 2 inches higher. I put the original seat back on. I prefer it to the POC.
