    Silvio 2.0+ Split Elastomer

Well, I went for it using the input from Super Slim. I eventually managed to get the 'new' elastomer in place, but it was a booger to get in. I had to shave off some rubber just to get it to go into the retention hole. I almost think the new one was designed to be inserted into the hole from...

    Silvio 2.0+ Split Elastomer

Thanks...I had seen that but I was hoping for some insight as to what actual steps to follow to dismantle the rear triangle. I'm kind of at a loss as to where to start to replace the elastomer.

    Silvio 2.0+ Split Elastomer

Ok, I've never disassembled the rear triangle before. I presume that this is what I have to do to install the new elastomer. Would a knowledgeable tribe member be so kind as to give me some guidance on how to do this? BTW, thanks, Robert, for the replacement part. :cruzbike:

Latest from Paul Gallagher - https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1598276649/xshifter-worlds-first-universal-wireless-smart-shi/posts/2305187 In hindsight, Kickstarter was a very bad decision. It was an easy way to get funding, but it fell far short of what is really required for this project...

Silvio 2.0+ and TriRig Omega X front brake

So, I got a pretty nasty rub burn on my right leg from the brakes this week and I was wondering if anyone had installed the TriRig Omega X front brake on their Silvio 2.0? If so, are there any 'gottchas" that I should be aware of before purchasing the Omega X. I have read through Ratz's V.20...

    XShifter...new wireless shifting option

I got this today by email: UPDATE Progress has been slow but steady. We ran into a few small problems on each of the last 2 production builds. We need to emphasize that this product must be 100% robust and reliable. Therefore we are pausing production and shipment when we have some issue so...

    Crash due to flat tire

I had a similar experience. I was riding in my neighborhood and came around a corner and lost the front tire entirely. Down I went. Lost some skin on my arm and hip and ripped up my shorts. Also took about an inch off of my carbon fiber brifter on the left side.
