I found an old Silvio 1.5 fit chart. With your height and x-seam, and that 100mm chainstay extender, the bike should fit you. Your knee is already at 90 degrees with the pedals straight up and down, so it would be way bent with the other leg at full extension. Still sounds like the pedals are...

I don't think so. The mounting position looks the same as my 1.5 did--front of the seat ending at the "C" in Cruzbike, back of the seat in the same relative position to the stays. And like @John Dorlon said, it's welded on there. I think he has one, from what I can see zoomed in on the photo...

Oh, and I forgot the 155mm cranks and e-ring on the Q. :D One never knows. Might take a few more years, though. ;)
