Not perfect but at least i can carry water on rides. As an unplanned and unexpected benefit, I can easily remove and replace bottles in the lower position. Very excited about that!

You're exactly right about the difficulty in mounting to the bosses on the frame under the seat. The mounting hardware is in the way, but that could be fixed by using non-quick release skewers and some washers and nylock nuts to take up less space. The real problem is that the mounting brackets...

oh.....forgot to mention: if anyone needs to adjust the brake calipers, the bolt holding them to the frame can only be loosened/tightened with a Torx T-25. Not a hex wrench. Adjustment instructions are on the RideRever website; just search 'riderever mcx-2 post mount manual' and it will come...

Good job. Just completed 2022 Q45 assembly here too. Short test ride done. Adjustments made. Longer test ride tomorrow.

Sorry, haven't been on here in awhile. Yes another spacer is needed. I used an additional 5mm one. Same size as the thicker of the two that came with the TriRig brake.

TriRig center pull rim brake. works well.

Hello Frito Bandito, Those levers will work with TRP disc brakes; I installed TRP on the front of a Sofrider and used those exact Shimano levers and they worked well. Since Tektro is the parent company of TRP, I'm not sure if those levers will work with Tiagra but I don't see why not. Maybe...
