Park Tool portable stand. Once frame is together, put a rear wheel in there, put a bucket under it, and you can work on a level bike, well supported at both ends, without a lot of fuss:

I'm a solid green but still struggle with neck comfort balanced with avoidance of CTE (from the constant head-bashing when riding on rough pavement) and good sight lines. Haven't given up. Still working on it.

Just wondering how this ultimately worked for you. Am considering trying this on my Vendetta but available information on it is sparse. Were you able to resolve your neck issues with it? Did trimming the horizontal pieces help the adjustability?

I'm needing to replace the headset bearings on a Vendetta 2.0...any suggestions where to buy them from?

Panaracer makes a 650b x 32, the Pasela ProTite Urban/touring tire. May or may not be what you're looking for. Tan sidewalls to match your Compass tire in the back. Not tubeless though.
