    hot, very hot

On my commute home yesterday I rode a few extra miles. I'd been working inside all day and not paying attention to the temperature. I knew it was hot when I left for home and was drinking water as I rode but felt light headed after I got done, which was strange after just 10 miles even if I had...

    a little ventisit back surgery

I've been working toward making a suite of bags that is streamlined and let's me carry enough for credit card touring/bike camping. I wanted to put the water below the frame between the wheels but it swings to much there. Where it is now the frame helps keep the water staple.

    a little ventisit back surgery

I open up my ventisit and added a little more cushion. I used the stock cruzbike pad to add to the seat and make a lumbar support. Opening it up wasn't hard though it always feels weird to cut open something like this, but it was just zip ties that had to be cut. It took about 5 trys to get the...

    First fondo on V20

It sounds like the texas hill country. I did a solo century ride Sunday and it was either up or down, but my pace was a bit shy of 23 miles an hour. One 53 mile an hour decent and lots of 5 mile an hour climbs

    TIGR mini bike lock ?

I've had a bike stolen twice in my life, once when I was in 4th grade and again 35 years later from my work , both times it was a sinking feeling to walk out and find the bike gone. So I don't use a lock because I think it's not possible for a bike to be stolen with one, I use a lock to keep the...
