Has anyone used the bike lock featured on the cruzbike site on an S40 with any regularity? I'm considering buying one but wonder how versatile it is to use in varying situations? Right now I still carry a kryptonite chain when I need a lock.

That's quite the spread on the front rings. What FD let's you do that? Right now I have a 50/38/30 but would like maybe to go smaller with the granny.

I replaced the tube,changed out the 50 for a old 48 I had on hand and went back out the next morning. Thankful it wasn't my left foot that got hurt as it is always the one I unclip first when coming to a stop. Right now I have to unclip very carefully with my right due the twisting motionrequired

I didn't know that. Is it reasonable to try to flatten the chainring back out. It's no longer true and you can see it wobble back and forth as it spins.
