Moved.. anyone recommend any machine-shops or fabricators?

I'm now in the Seattle area. Does anyone here know of any good machine-shops or bicycle fabricators that would be willing to work with me on the tilting trike stuff? As a reminder, I had built one some time back, and it had some design flaws that I needed resolve. I've resolved those, I...

    Varibike trike

I moved to Seattle area and am now looking to find some fabricators "up here" to help make the tiltmaniac version 2. .. and then I want to have a fairing made, and have a traffic-height tilting trike. Having the rider's eyes being above-hood of most cars is one of the things I believe is...

    Tiltmaniac's S30v2 build.

Glad to help! I continue to highly recommend the anti-flop band. Cheap, effective, and thusfar long lasting.

Probably not, and if tipped that way, won't your knees hit it anyway?

I also attempted to do a slicing with PrusaSlicer (perhaps and older version but no more than a year out of date), and included that too. Note that the original model is for SLA printing. You'd want to suppress the 'shell' operation, and then do infill for Prusa. That is what I did for the...

If you give me the measurements, I'm happy to attempt to modify what I have for you and give you the cad/stls. I used the standard CruzBike handlebars, so 24mm OD.

Thanks! Also has the advantage of ensuring that the bolts are recessed and not gonna scratch you!

    Tablet holder

Getting out to bike right now has.. complications.| So, I'm relegated to biking indoors. I like Zwift and similar, however, I've found that attempting to hold up the tablet (or phone) and cycle at the same time, even indoors and in one place.. is super duper annoying. I'm sure that comes as a...

    Di2 battery internal boom mount

Haha. The "paint job" is a bunch of chalk marker marks for some photogrammetry experiments!

    Di2 battery internal boom mount

I designed and made a nice internal-to-the-lower boom locking di2 battery mount. When inserted into the boom, the tabs lock into the battery and ensure it will neither move nor rattle. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out so far! Pics included.

GPS and horn mount for curved slider

I have an FDM printer too, and I have some ASA for that, but it takes waaaaay longer to print stuff than the SLA printer. I used Solid works as the cad program, and PreForm as the slicer. Note that slicing for an SLA printer is just different. If you make something solid it will assume you...
