    Yes you will. With the components you have described you will need an inline adjuster. I also use an inline adjuster on the cable to the "front" derailleur.

    I have the medium size Shield. There is between 10-15mm between the helmet and the liner overall. I am going to guess that Giro designed the helmet with that spec. for all sizes. Has anyone been able to compare?
