Thor Easy GS Medium mount to S40

Can anyone here confirm the actual weight of their Thor seat? I see on the website they list a range of 450 to 750 g for their CF models. If you have one, please email me the model, size, and the actual weight. Thank you. jim@cruzbike.com

    Hand Contact

Are the handlebars at the top of the extension tube? If not, try raising the bars a bit. Extend the boom out another half inch or so. Sometimes that will give you all the clearance you need at the handlebar. Other options: sometimes rotating or flipping the bars will help, or a longer handlebar...

What a Lady----What a night! Team Time Trial

Great write up Hardy. I had a blast. Count me in for this Thursday. I will try not to hit the Airplane mode button during the race this time.

The plan for Cruzbike world domination is stalling

My excuse is related to nice weather. While clearing some brush on our farm I got a big dose of poison ivy. My right leg swelled up like an elephant, so no riding for a few days.

    new S40 colours coming March 31, 2020

Correct. Not new. It's there for a steering dampener mount, though we are still doing R&D on that.

We did it! We donated to buy an S40 for Ak-Tux!

Maria and I are profoundly moved by Cruzbike owners who have found in their love of cycling also a love of the Cruzbike global community. This is the basis of the Tribe, and we are proud and happy to be members with Ak-Tux and everyone who made his S40 possible. I hope this Corona virus...

Too big or too small for Cruzbike? Check the Chart. Take the Poll.

I recently wrote a blog about which potential Cruzbike owners should definitely find a test ride, and who may go straight to owning a Cruzbike without much worry that the bike won't be a good fit. I created these charts based on my experience with customers and the bikes. I'd like to know how...

    Memorial to Würzburg Bombing Victims

On a bicycling vacation one does not expect to confront the horrors of World War II. Maria has been blogging elsewhere about our trip to Europe with our Cruzbike Q45s. This post is about a moving experience not directly related to Cruzbike. Bicycling all day through Bavaria and strolling the...

Back to where it all began, challenging the Devil

I’m sure we’ll hear from Jason directly, but I got a text saying he was sunburned "because I had to cut open my shorts because they were too tight" but otherwise he is fine (and sounds like there will be a good story about his shorts). He finished 2nd overall and beat his time from 3 years...

Back to where it all began, challenging the Devil

Hi Jason, Today is the race. I'm not sure if you got a new bike assembled in time, but if you did, good luck! Jim

Parkers continue touring: Europe on Q45s

Many of you know that Maria and I recently finished an 11-day 1800 mile loop of the southeastern US, driving an RV with two T50s on the back to explore the local environs. For details, see Maria's recent blogs. It was one of the best vacations I've ever taken. But we got a few emails from...

Learning to Ride a Vendetta question?

Hi Andrew, Lumberton, North Carolina is still our home, but we are beginning to move up to new Cruzbike HQ in Newburyport, MA in May. Email me at jim@cruzbike.com and I'd be happy to schedule a time to introduce you to the V20. I'd probably start you out on the T50 or Q45, which are the easiest...

Zwift - Cruzbike Activities (races and group rides)

I was having a great time about 10 - 11 miles into the race when my laptop screen went blank. Somehow the AC plug fell out and the battery died. When I plugged it back in, there was no power meter connection to Zwift, so I was done. I'll do better next time.

    Sebring 2019

Looks like pretty good weather is expected tomorrow, not too hot, but wind still a factor. Looking forward to racing the Century, then crewing for those doing the 12 and 24 hour events. I posted a link on the Facebook page for live results tracking.

Next fun event - Michelin Proving Ground- Fondo - Century

Great write-up Larry. I will supplement the story a bit from my perspective. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to go due to so many closed/washed-out/flooded roads in the Carolinas and around my hometown. I had a busy day at the hospital on Friday and last minute decided to try to make the...
