    Bike Parking at the office

The 12" wheel look is cool but dealing with tires, spoke or wheel repair, etc is a PITA. The 16" wheel model is probably more practical but will be bigger and heavier. Don't know about value but I would consider maintenance costs and availability of replacement parts. I haven't seen much info...

    Lighting Solutions

I finally got my Magnic light set and have one front light mounted on the left chain stay and finally did a night test ride last night. Verdict: Works surprisingly well but I need to mount the other three lights - right front and rear light to get a better feel. The right front is going to be...

    New prototype trike kit unveiled

That is why I asked about clearance during the lean.... Can't tell from those photos if there might be clearance issues or not. I really like the look though. That air foil beam reminds me of the Mosquito Velomobile.

Interesting. Looks a little beefy. Got any weight or wheel size info or frame/seat clearance during leaning?

You should come to the Michigan HPVA races at Waterford next year. Larry, Darryl and I had a blast on our Vendettas.

    Vendetta arrived work in progress

Duncan, I posted on your blog about your pedal fit and about trimming the slider. I'm wondering what size your chainstays are as I think we are about the same size and my slider is about 1 1/4" or 32mm away from the start of the bevel leading to the pivot cage. Measuring from the centerline of...

    New V20 build input

Hmmm, I haven't noticed my Stages doing that. Was this with round rings or elliptical? Mine are round. For Just Bob's reference my setup is Vendetta version 2, SRAM 53x39 and 11x36 (Type II) with 170mm cranks. I too like the Cruzbike Aero 67 wheels.

    thoughts from a smaller rider

Yup, and I shortened the headrest tubes and lopped a bit off the top of the seat back to get the headrest a bit lower and more forward.

    Vendetta arrived work in progress

Just take care to monitor it since it results in sort of a cantilevered mount. The BBB is easy to load up so monitor for flex and cracks. I never had any problems with it but I only went a short season with it switching to the windshadow/quiver clone I made to go with lighter weight/load. -Eric

    HPV races at Northbrook Velodrome

I was prepping for ROCC but the Northbrook velodrome is definitely on my to do list. That looks like loads of fun. Did you forget to downshift before the start?

Shoot me and put me out of my MISERY!

This is what I looked like during the 2014 N24HC except it was my right side. Pretty much all my spills have been on the right. Not sure why. At least you are crashing on the side opposite your derailleur... o_O
