X2 on slap the stem Mark though, I left the smallest spacer ring between the head tube and TFT. I used a tubing cutter on both my S30 and V20 cause I wanted to insure an absolutely square cut. Just remember to cut above the star nut and then wack it down the steer tube afterwards. Doing so...

Doug, is that a showers pass water bottle attached to the neck rest tubes?

Could you try pushing the bars out and the slider in? Loosen both collars and push the bars away until your reach feels about right. Then bring the slider in until your pedal reach is good. You might have to do a hacksaw adjustment to the slider :emoji_astonished: I just did that with my new...

IIRC my unsuspended S30 had a seat angle of 33 degrees. When the head shock was removed the seat angle increased. I really miss mine.....
