 I must have between 400 and I must have between 400 and 500 miles on it now. Today was the first ride with a computer on the bike. I was kind of shocked at the speeds and now even more impressed with how well this thing climbs.

This is a lowracer project based on a cruzbike kit. It has a ways to go but hoping to have a rolling chassis shortly. If it handles well it will get a tilting trike rear end. Wheel base 50" Seat Height 12"

  The lowracer/conversion kit The lowracer/conversion kit that I'm currently building is setup to be converted to a tilting trike. Some of the guys at WISIL have designed bolt on tilting rearends and if the lowracer works out I'll give it a shot.

this is a technique that fast freddy markham has been recommending for years for hillclimbing/sprinting/quick bursts of power. i believe you can still find his discussions about this on the easy racer forums.

i say let it loose and see how it flies. if you need more testing done send one to my house ;)

thanks doug, i'm sure more ride reports will follow. there is also the tailfairing....... can you tell me the differences between the older kits and the newer ones? i'm assuming weight and stiffness?

john r, any vendetta resemblance is purely chance. if anything the pic in my head of how it should look has been the silvio, particularly body and hand position. the seat is a wood laminate and was purchased from BROL member 'atom' and the 2" foam came from poweron cycling. the bike weighs...

thanks doug, i like the mirror right there. it is in a similar spot that the mirror on the mach2 is and it is like a handrest right there. don't know how fast it is yet (probably like lightning :D ) but it really can climb! the 26x20 cruzbike kit lowracer is in the works.
