    Minneapolis Silvio

After flatting the front on Sofrider in the middle of nowhere I bought some Gaadi tubes. Haven't had to use one yet but if needed, I'm hoping it makes changing the front less painful. Also carry one on Vendetta in the event of a tubeless tire flat---an event I hope is very unlikely! Finding one...

    Bullhorn and Dropbar Options

Great pics and summary. And very nice bar taping too! Love the bike's name: Hammer of Ratz (better English trans: Ratz's Hammer. Or Mallet??) Were you too afraid of running out of room on the slider to go with 'Caoutchouc Marteau de Ratz'?:D:p

    Flipped by a Vendetta

A few weeks back i was doing figures of 8 in a nearby parking lot and like you, I decided to do a few one handed. No mishaps, but it was very surprising to me that when steering left handed I had no problems at all when turning in either direction, it was easy as pie. But when steering with my...

    Too much neck flexion

5'6" short torso. Ex-seam 41.5". I very well could be too low in the seat; I started out higher but have crept down a bit as I got more relaxed on the bike. Maybe too relaxed? And as i slid further down i let the boom/slider combination out a total of 1.8cm. I do *think* my toes are pointing...

My Neck Rest is better than Yours.

Sam I usually just run one set at a time, that way I get over 8 hours out of the two, and 400 lumens is plenty for most roads. I can't ride 8 hours anyway so that's plenty for me! And I only use the 400 lumen setting in daylight while riding alone; they are adjustable for nightime or group...

    Too much neck flexion

Wish there was any room to tweak :(. The neck rest is in as far as it will go, so the only choice I could see was to add bulk to the front of the neck rest to help get my head a bit more vertical while cushioning the vertebral spines. I considered following Eric Winn's approach of cutting off...
