I did not get the shock pump, but have a Topeak valve extender that you can use with regular pump. I think it worked for getting it around 150 or 160 psi.

I bought this one and it was packaged poorly, scratched up, and filthy. The right brifter and rear derailleur were skinned up from a drop, but nice ultegra components that all needed a little lovin'. Hope to get it on the road soon but busted one of the little handlebar tabs off of the slider...
