Yes yes it can. And loaded too. Great audax bike for me. Except in real mountains for me. Without doubt John Tolhurst nailed the design. Headrest to get your head more vertical eyes not looking up at the sky let the headrest out. Sounds counter intuitive but it’s correct. On the vendetta mm matter. My sofrider has a DNM coil damper with longer spring from oem kind shock. It’s generally on the kickr trainer. Lightweight...

Making progress learning to ride hands free

don’t do that. It may be more comfortable but you’ll hardly notice and it will leave you vulnerable to pinch flats. eventually you will have a flat. On the front or rear. Steer straight come to a rest. If you edge your wheels through leaning you’ll fall off in all likelihood. I’ve front...

To ride or not to ride, due to COVID- 19

No doubt the benefit of continuing riding is manifestly necessary versus the low risk of infection for this particular cycling tragic. I’m seeing more cycling in my area. Riding inside too is a great option. Just keep riding if you can.

Why are new bikes so heavy?

when shimano released the 6800 11 speed a few years back a sell point was a brake ratio change from 3 to 1 to 4 to 1 in line with the dura ace centre mount calipers. Achieved through total re design of caliper. This made a big difference in superior brake performance and rivals my disc braked...
