It is great that they have this event, but it is a long way to go (and the huge expense of course) just to ride a 5K TT - not sure it is worth it unfortunately. :(

I do not really know, but I am doubt the V20c will have a 2-speed hub, I would not be surprised if the stock build has a 1x11 or 1x12 setup however - which seems to be where most "racing" models are going to

I have not received anything either, so guessing nothing has gone out yet. Everything is slower these days due to supply chain issues. Not much to do but wait. :(

It is part of the system and I think it protects the wiring underneath. I am not sure if the receivers are actually built into the bump itself or if it is just a plastic piece that protects the wires and such

In the past, they have put them up in 3 locations for he day-time -10 Mile loop, so about every 3 miles. Then at night on the racetrack you have to run over it once every 3.5 miles or so. It is really horrible on a bent. These timing systems are made for runners. You don't need a light beam...

I am guessing that it is keeping the piece that is bolted into the stay from ever rotating. Dave - having worked with PVC a lot - and knowing how brittle it is -aren't you worried about it cracking due to stress - especially when hitting a bump. Can't wait to see how you solve the "lock-out"...

Do you mean pedaling while going faster or pedaling at a higher rpm? Agree with Frito: mostly time on the bike will take care of either issue. Keep in mind that pedaling at a high rpm with very little pressure on the pedals (regardless of your speed) will most likely cause you to wobble some...
