Anybody using a disc brake on the front wheel of new V20?

Personally I would go with Personally I would go with the smaller rotors front and rear. These bikes already have amazing stopping power and even a 160 up front is a lot of brake. A 180 will not likely fit at all and would be waaaay too much brake. Robert

    S30 derailleur hangar

Great feedback above and duly Great feedback above and duly noted. All points aside - my hope is that the future designs will see the use of a standard off the shelf derailleur ?hanger that is bolted on (like every other bike in the world) and not a specifically manufactured one...

    S30 derailleur hangar

I can comment that we do not I can comment that we do not have a bunch of those around as far as converting old bikes to the new DR. We do have plenty of the older spare DR hangers however. In my personal opinion, the fact that the hanger came out of the older versions was never that much...

    Vendetta rack bag

I would agree here that not I would agree here that not overloading the headrest tubes is important. Any accessory attached there should be intended for a few regular size water bottles and a few other items at most. The headrest is capable of it as Maria has run with a small headrest mounted...

    First Ride - Seat improvement

I will have a few with me at I will have a few with me at the Seattle show for sure. It is a bit less of a "cushion" (though it does provide cushioning) but has superior airflow. Plus it is a bit lighter than the stock pads. Robert

    First Ride - Seat improvement

Just a note that we do stock Just a note that we do stock some Ventisits for the Sofrider/Quest. It is not "cushy" necessarily but I like it over the stock cushions and it stays dry. Robert

    What drove your decision process?

Riding a CB got me back into Riding a CB got me back into the two-wheel recumbent world, after ditching them entirely for three years. I simply got tired of the RWD recumbents inability to climb. And I rode and owned just about all of them out there over time. The Cruzbike simply lets me...

Hal we will hook up via phone Hal we will hook up via phone at some point. WooooHooo...new S30 delivered today

I had thought that I had thought that prticular S30 build was with an 11-34 but perhaps it was indeed an 11-36. The 11-36 is the cassette that the bike comes with as stock. With a lot of shipping and freight bouncing all over the place it is definitely a good idea to get it tunes a bit for...

All, Yes - the Sofrider is no All, Yes - the Sofrider is no longer in stock, and it will not likely return to the lineup. There are a few available but they are not technically "new" bikes anymore and thus cannot be sent in the original packaging. I will be at the Seattle Bike Expo at...
