I kind of doub tit, and even at $1000 it is kind of pricey for me. I had one and tried to user it without rimtape and it blew the sides out. Cheaper option is to just cover a nice 70 or 80mm wheel with plastic cover - and then you can remove it quickly if it is too windy.

I send them a V20 frame over a year ago - They halted progress on it because of the tarrif stuff. I will have to ping them again.
