Hi Neiil, I found the serial # for my Silvio on a decal on the seat pan. The seat pads are attached by velcro strips and should be removable. Check under the pads, you may find the same decal. Can not say when these frames were built, but it has not been too long ago. Larry

Here is a link to the album of photos taken during the modification--no captions. First Silvio ride after the modification was 3 days ago and covered about 37 miles. I could not feel the seat bag straps nor feel any flex in the upper seat back. Larry...
