Hello, Can an old lady steel bike such as the one on the picture be converted as low / medium racer even if it is not a Y frame as such? The headset shall be 1 inch and the wheels are 26. Would be my first attempt to convert a bike. Would be nice to ensure a second life at least as a recumbent...
