The Adjustable CF seat is fine; a significant improvement over the OEM flat seat for me at least. The included adjustable neckrest is also great. Really nothing to dislike, expect it'd be nice if it were free... :)

I put the two layers of grip tape underneath to give a larger diameter grip area with some cushion.

I think I used the 35mm size. It will depend a bit on what kind and how many layers of regular grip tape you put under it. I usually wrap two layers of generic grip tape down first and then secure it with the rod grip shrink tubing.
