I haven't been online in while but I wanted to come back and post an update on what I have done with the bike lately.
Here was the original post I made when I first converted the bike.

Now I have painted the bike, upgraded the brakes that came with the bike, changed to flat handlebars for now with a new trigger shifter, added an electric hub motor kit and panniers, and just recently I bought a pair of nutek airless tires and I am trying them out on the bike.
The bike is heavy for sure but the electric motor kit sure helps on hills around here and it is really easy to swap a regular wheel in an out if I just want to go for a ride.
I have a few more things I would like to try to add such as biopace chainring, rearview mirror, cruiser handlebars or maybe something like Nitto north bars, a headlight/taillight since I am using this as a commuter bike, and maybe make a headrest for it. I would also like to repaint the bike again as it was my first time trying to repaint a bike and I had a few runs on certain places this time.
It has been fun so far building this bike. It's been in pieces more than its been rideable this past year so now that the weather should be cooling down here in FL I am excited to get some miles on it.
