The Zwift beat is alive and well. Last night saw 107 teams, 637 racers, from 34 Countries light up the Team Time Trial circuit. Teams consisting of 4-8 riders compete in five performance categories using raw power, strategy, teamwork, communications, and grit to go as fast as they can. The fourth rider to cross the line is the official team's time. Below is the Herd of Coyotes "Coyote Minute" highlights from last night's race. Pay no attention to the Woman in Blue. She was on the Herd of Dire Wolf's team whose start time was seven minutes later than the Coyotes.

These TTTs are almost always a lot of fun. I say almost as this coming week is a course I don’t want to ride
