Binding axle on Kickr

I have my Q45 on a Wahoo kickr for the winter here in Alaska. The drive side of the axle is a problem. If I tighten the axle, the 11 binds on the frame. If I leave it a little loose, it works its way out while I am riding. I am not excited about using some locktite. I have tried all the shims that come with the Kickr. I could drill out some washers from the hardware store as shims. Do you have any other suggestions?

I'm assuming you mean the small sprocket on the cassette. I run in erg mode so don't need to use the lower sprockets (shift around to make sure I'm not wearing out one too much). Only suggestion is checking the adapters that get used on the trainer.

I had all of those things, but I could not see how it would work because with the 12x142 the adapter C would not seem to fit. With great effort, I think I now have it. Thank for the diagram.
