Carbon Wheels?

You can buy carbon wheels in different sizes 20mm, 38mm, 50mm, 60mm and 88mm clincher wheels.
Which wheel size would fit on the Vendetta? Is it best to use the same size front and rear?

Is it possibly better to use a different size in front then the size used in the rear?
Have some of you had experience with some of these wheels on a Vendetta?

All those possibilities are

All those possibilities are fine in the 700c wheel size standard, with up to 28mm tires. Personally I would insist on the same size tire front and back, because weight distribution is pretty even and I would want the traction performance of the tire to be pretty equal to avoid a false sense of secutiry from developing. There are Vendettas built with various rim sizes, yes.

Rim Depth...

Peder,

I think the numbers you are referring to are for depth of the "aero" cross section of the wheel rim.

I don't think varying this will affect the performance of the tire; most rim widths are 14mm to 19mm for road clincher wheels.

Cheers
