Despite the high-stakes antics, the opposition isn’t losing sleep over the Chicks. “Sure, they have a little bit of talent,” one competitor was overheard boasting, “but when the race starts and our plan kicks in, they’ll never see it coming!” It’s a bold claim that only adds fuel to the fire of anticipation.

A walk through the race pits:

Cruzbike Chicks: “This women's team has been a long time coming.” The Chicks aren’t intimidated one bit by the unscrupulous strategies of their competitors. “We may be debuting, but our skills and style speak for themselves,” states Lear Jet Laura with a wink. “We’re here to turn some watts—and shake it up a bit!”. Cruzbike Connie adds, "and wait until you see our kits!" Their confidence is as contagious as their quick wit, promising a performance that's as dazzling as it is unpredictable.

Sticky Bottles: “Slip 'em up and watch 'em fall!” Over at team Sticky Bottles, mischief is in full swing. “Sure, they’ve got talent,” Jail Bird Jim bragged, “but once our traps go live, they'll be slipping and sliding all over the track!” With sticky tactics and a penchant for sabotage, they’re banking on cheating to tip the scales in their favor.

Low Drag: “Our plan’s as smooth as our ride!” Team Low Drag isn’t letting up on the banter either. “We’re known for our smooth moves, and our plan is even smoother,” declared a confident Captain Hawkman. “While the Chicks are busy showing off their fancy tricks, we’ll be effortlessly outmaneuvering them. They won’t know what hit them!”

High Speed: “Fast, Furious, and Ready to fly!” Not to be outdone, High Speed has its own take on the upcoming showdown. “We don’t just race fast—we race like a force of nature,” boasted Team Captain Ottotrious. “Our plan? Well, let's just say it'll leave the Chicks in a permanent state of 'awe' with our lightning pace, nobody is going to be chicked around here!”
