How many teeth do the chainring and cassette have?

Didn't go out to the garage and count but it is the version 1 configuration which according to the specs is

"3 x 9 speed; Speedwheel 130BCD chainrings 30 / 42 / 52 teeth on the front (alloy 6061), and 11 to 32 teeth on the rear sprocket cluster (11,12,14,16,18,21,24,28,32) driven by 155 mm cranks"

How did you mount the Sun EZ-1SC Underseat Bike Rack?

The frame has what I think are water bottle attachments points underneath the seat pan. I attached the water bottle cages to the seat back and used the under seat ones for the rack.

Oh very cool, I forgot all

Oh very cool, I forgot all about those! I figured those were some kind of oops as I couldn't think of anything to mount there.

I've always kind of liked the 451 Quest with the more conventional drivetrain. I think I could use that model on my KICKR trainer. Hmmm, tempting.

Which is the widest tire the V1 takes? Both front and rear?

The Quest came with Kenda Kwest 28-451 (1-1/8") tires which is the only 451 width these Kwests come in. There is room for a wider tire in the rear but not the front. You can change to 406 disc brake wheels with wider tires.

Nanda (http://www.spincyclz.com/) created a Quest 406 Tour with I believe Schwalbe Big Apple 50-406 front and rear (there is a complete series of images like the one below under the SpinCyclz 'spin pix' menu choice).
