This bicycle has been kept in a garage, only used for occasional 25-mile leisurely rides (no racing), and, being based in Southern California, has never been ridden in the rain and is in excellent condition.
Upgrades to standard spec (a total of $946), which I am including in the $3,200 price:
Shortened Cranks: SRAM GXP Apex 150mm ($238) from Bikesmithdesign.com
Brand new Continental GP5000 tires and inner tubes - only 15 miles ridden since those were put on ($250)
