Curved slider

The curved slider for my new v20c came today. Any advice or tips on installing it?
Just don't put in on upside down! :)

That is a joke - because you can't - but you could with a V20 curved slider and some people did! :)
Not much to installing it - It will drop your handlebars about 1.5 inches so adjust it for best feeling when you are laying back in your seat.
If you legs were barely clearing you other handlebars then you may also need to push out your BB a tad so you won't hit these as they may also be a little closer depending on your setup. Good Luck - most people get an aero advantage from it

My advice is to use a carbon fiber gel lube or grip paste and to use a torque wrench. 10 Nm for the M6 bolt and under 5 Nm (make that 4 Nm) for the two M5 bolts. Note that there have been a few cracks formed in some.

It's disappointing that you can't put the curved slider on upside down. I have 3 CruzBikes and all have the curved slider upside down otherwise the handlebars would be too low for me.

So are you saying that with the current chainstay you handlebars are in your belly and you need them to go up? If so, you may need to get a shorter chainstay - what is the length of your current chainstay (center of wheel to center of BB)?

The handlebars are too close to my lap with a straight slider on my V20 and S40, so I used a curved slider to bring the handlebars up. I don't want to change the position of my feet. I like them where they are. On my Q45, I used an extender to raise the handlebars (since I'm using a S40 handlebar), but it went too high and I didn't have enough neck on my fork to lower it more, so I used a curved slider, curving down, to bring the handlebars down a little. It is just right.
