You may be able to go larger
You may be able to go larger but 160mm front and 140mm back is probably already more stopping power than you need. That is what is on the Quest which is heavier than the Silvio and they are easy to lock up if you want to, especially the back.

The bigger the disc, the more modulation you can have. Meaning it may be easier to setup a big disc to not lock up. (I can lock my v-brakes, but that isn't the goal...).
That being said, I didn't really do much to answer the original question, did I.

The rear 140 is a tight fit...
I can't guarantee a 160mm rear will clear the seat stay.
140mm was the intended rear rotor size.
It may work anyway, but it'll be close, I think.

ring clamp - bb clamp
I went over the silvio 2.0 assembly manual making sure my installation was correct. However, I see that parts list includes bb clamp, but installation jumps to ring clamps. I assume that these are the same thing, but can be confusing for a new installer following the instruction (probably need to be more consistent in parts wording...)

This manual was not intended for publication, it should have had 'DRAFT' embedded in it like some awful government report!
But now its up, I'd appreciate any further helpful pointers like romelman has made.

"Threadless Headset" is the generic term...
... Aheadset was one of the first brand names to popularize the configuration.
Sort of like how MBB bikes are becoming referred to as "Cruzbikes"
