I purchased this wheel to try on my Vendetta and didn't get around to trying it and now am trading for a thru axle V so can't use it. It belonged to Maria and comes with a Conti 4000 23c tire in good shape.

@Andrew Wilson, I think someone has , pending shipping cost quote to Canada.
It is a tight squeeze but I did get it inflated. due to the shapes of my pump choices at home I ended up putting a Schraeder adapter on it.
