I would say that it is too high. Zero wheels are fairly inexpensive. When I was selling my 1.0, the buyer discovered fractures along the spokes. Not sure how I missed this, but I would never sell an unsafe bike.

I ordered Zero replacement wheels, and they were terrible quality. I sent them back, and ordered a Campy set from the UK. Very nice wheels, much higher quality.

Message here is, check your rims frequently for integrity issues.
