Fenders for QX100?

Do the fenders Robert mentioned in hos post yesterday (SKS Speedrocker fender set) work with the QX100?

Any other sets to consider?

I feel like Robert , in that I don't always want fenders but if you could add then in a couple of minutes when you need them - great idea!

Thoughts?

No, those are for 700c road wheels and would probably work fine for 650b if they are wide enough to cover the tire but the Q and T models use 559 (26”) mountain bike wheel size so you would have a huge gap between tire and fender. But id they are successful with these maybe they have or will start producing one for thar size.

I'm a year-round commuter in Seattle, with serious need for fenders. On my old Q2 and present Q45 I've used two regular rear fenders, because otherwise my feet, the chain and derailleur get sprayed directly with water and road grime.

We have a great used bike store with large parts bins where you can pick these up for $5-10 apiece, which makes this possible.

It's not straightforward to mount the front one, which should go all the way to the BB. The fork crown is one mounting point, but some ingenuity is needed on the front end of it. So this might not be for you, if you want to take them on and off quickly.
