Just had my first day on a Q45, very different from the Burley LWB recumbent I was borrowing. First impression is that it is quite stable and maneuverable and easy to balance, now to conquer the wobble while peddling. The various videos sure helped.
Had to make a new seat bottom as the front lip on the stock one hits a nerve near my "sit bone" which is the reason I've had to give up regular bikes. The design allowed me to modify it to fit. I'll make a fiberglass pan once I get the prototype working. Thinking I'll add rails to the bottom and do away with the aluminum clamps.
