LOL, yes everything DC rainmaker says is true but that was almost a year ago. In CVR's defense, the graphics shown in the video have come a long way since the Jan review. I signed up for the CVR beta but never could get off Zwift to give it a go. I commend CVR for simply staying the course and moving forward. They have been ridiculed by both the outdoor haters and Zwift faithful continuously. They are not going away as they offer something a little different, gamier you might say. Here are the major virtual differences: First its free, you must steer, If you touch a rider or corner wrong you crash, wind, They have an equalization mode where it makes all players equal based on their avg power and speed is based off how you are performing above or below your level._ your power level.
I threw this in as I thought the video itself was well done not that CVR was good or bad. (i'm a Zwift Homer) It shows you virtual cycling is moving in a lot of different directions. Zwift is the current King but there are many different companies out there working on the same type of things. Due note: Not wanting to go there was one of the reasons Zwift and the CVR owner split but Zwift added steering this week. Hmmm.
