So just to clarify, this means that any changes or posts done in the intervening time will be lost when the January 27 backup is reinstated?

And secondly, is there an anticipated date for the new site being "up and running"?

HI John,
I am not sure of the lauch date for the new site yet, 3 weeks I hope. I am also not sure whether we'll grab posts between the 27th and the launch date, I suppose it is possible and important. I'll need to see the new site working 100% before I come to that question.
