how to park the Silvio

any suggestions on how to lean the silvio up against a wall without it twisting and turning. I've been laying it down on the ground and folks give me the evil eye, but my logic is better to gently lay down than have bike fall down. I have a hard time controlling the front of the bike when it's not moving.

Parking

There's nothing wrong with laying down the Silvio gently on a soft surface; I do it on grass but would not do the same on asphalt or other hard surface.

As for parking and leaning the Silvio, I turn the front toward the non-drive side completely. Take care to prevent the pedals from striking the seat pan when doing this. Essentially, you could think of it as folding the bike in half so that the chainrings face outward.

To prevent it from rolling, I use a section of innertube, or a retired LiveSTRONG bracelet to apply and hold the front brake. As an alternative, you could buy a Bike Brake.

I have one of these for my Bacchetta: http://click-stand.com/
They come with three brake lever locks.
With the front wheel folded back and the levers locked, it should work fine if it's the proper length.
