I miss my Cruzbike wings...

I was biking on my Rans Rocket yesterday and remembered a story I had read about a boy who had an ache between his shoulder blades, in the place where his wings should be. This memory was released as I increased my cadence and pressure on the peddles, my stomach, back and arms reminded me that they really could be helping more if I was on my Cruzebike. I wanted to pull on that handlebar.

Over a year ago, I sold or gave away nearly everything I owned. It was a very freeing experience, but I do miss a few things. My Sofrider Cruzbike went to my daughter, she took to it right away and was able to use it as a part of her physical therapy related to a knee injury.

At this time, I am not in a financial situation where I can buy another Cruzbike, so I found a good deal on the Rans Rocket on Craigslist, and for now it will suffice.

But I sure miss my Cruzbike wings.

Be on the lookout for a used converted Cruzbike. They can be a lot less than a Sofrider and still itch that hard-to-reach scratch.
