I'm back

First 30km on the rebuilt S40 today. just a gentle local loop, but my legs felt the difference between upwrong, M5 and S40.

needed a bit extra dialling in, handlebars just right, but needs to push the slider out just a touch, due to shorter chainstay. Also need to fiddle about wit the rear rack, some p-clips on the way to mount it, then set the mudguards up right. seems less clearance on this replacement fork vs the original.

final thing will be the bar tape, if I can ever find that video posted by Ratz, I think it was

Same as a normal bike just go the opposite direction so that it tightens when you pull. If you did it normal it unravels. each wrap overlaps the previous row 45-50%.
Silca makes the best bar tape as of today IMHO. Expensive but worth it.

Looking Good!
If you want to "hide" the dynohub and taillight wiring, check out the "Shimano E-tube SD50 DI2 wire cover set".
I used it on my S40 and am happy with it.
