Keeping track of invaluable postings?

Hope this makes some sense....

I have been reading through many postings. I'll frequently want to save many for future reference. Right now, I copy the post and save it offsite.

Is there a way to mark or save the post onsite so that in the future I can take a look in the Forum and find those posts I want to review?

Top right on the first post of a thread is "watch thread" that will add it to watched thread tab. From there you can filter by NEW and ALL
