Krikey Kreaky seat

I've got a kreak somewhere in my seat, I just cant put my finger on where the noise is coming from, after several goes at retensioning all the nuts and bolts it's still the same so it looks like I'm gonna have to take it all apart and re install using rubber insulators at every metal mating point or maybe I should take the easy way out & just turn up the volume on mp3 earplugs..
