HI, I do not think there is a Cruzbike dealer in Utah. I run the Cruzbike Museum in Hilton Head, SC - In my shop, I am able to pre-configure the Cruzbike to your measurements and pack in a box so it is very easy to put back together - All cables remain connected and you have to re-attach about 6 items. I also have the only remaining Flame (red) V20C Complete left available if you were hopig for that color. Please email me at cruzbikemuseum@gmail.com if you are interested in my help. p.s. The very best way to do it is to fly here to me- I can teach you how to ride the Cruzbike platofrm using a electric Cruzbike and then transition the V20C - I have taught over 100 people to ride this way. I can also expertly fit the Cruzbike to you. We would still have to minimally diss-assemble it to fly back with you - but you would be able to see how I do it , which would make it easily to reassemle when you got back home.
