I bought this bike here a few years back and have ridden it periodically since then. I've done a number of upgrades since buying it to more fully suit it to myself and the local terrain but I have most of the original components. Sale includes:
- S40 as shown
- 19.5" chain stays (I'm 6'2" with 34" inseam)
- Cane Creek Viscoset headset (really improves the stability and handling)
- Thor composites sport seat (super comfortable)
- Ventisit seat pad (I use this in the summer when it's hot - breathes better)
- Bacchetta seat pad with foam cover (cooler temps, softer and easier on the butt)
- Suspension adjustable headrest
- Cruzbike sling pack
- Origin8 Light Mount stub
- two bottle cages on fabricated mounts (work great!)
- Zipp bottle cage on boom
- Dura Ace 50x34 compact crankset, 165mm crank arms (few scuffs on drive side crank arm)
- Sram GX 11 speed drivetrain with gripshift shifters (great for control!)
- 11x40 cassette (great range when coupled with the crankset - flies on the flats and will get you up most hills - engine dependent!)
- TRP Spire brakes with 160mm rotors
- Soma Gator bars
- Original seat, bars, chain stays
- Topeak dry pack
- Crane bell!
Doesn't include pedals (Crank Bros Candy's) but if you want them we can make a deal. Selling for less than I paid for it (despite the upgrades!) $3,000 net to me. Will accept PayPal (buyer pays PayPal fees) or Zelle. Willing to discuss other payment options.
Bike is located near Madison, Wisconsin.
Update (6/19): I will deliver the bike to the bike shop of your choice for shipping. You make the arrangements with the shop and my part of the transaction is done once they've inspected it and verified it's as advertised. Nearest bike shop to me that "speaks recumbents" is the Hostel Shoppe in Stevens Point.
Other arrangements are possible i.e., meet at midpoint, etc.
