popping noise in headset

I HAVE A POPPING NOISE IN HEADSET AND SOMETIMES IN BOTTOM BRACKET. IF I STAND UP ON BIKE AND MOVE SIDE TO SIDE THE HEADSET MAKES POPPING NOISE. THE HEADSET IS GOOD AND SNUG,DONT KNOW WHAT COULD CAUSE THIS ANY IDEAS. THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE SHOCK SO PUMPED UP AND DEFLATED POPPED BOTH WAYS.This is a silvio 2.0.

Take it to a bike shop, ask

Take it to a bike shop, ask them to check the headset tension.
