Q45 brake cable noise reducing sleeve

Hi all,

Does anyone know if it's possible to install a noise reducing sleeve on the section of the brake cable that passes through the frame?

I'm installing this system and it refers to this sleeve at this timestamp:

I just uninstalled the stock rear brake and found no sleeve. Would it even be of benefit to this particular bike? With the size of the holes, is it even possible to install such a sleeve? I would imagine if I did install a sleeve, it'd get lost in there if I ever removed the cable on which the sleeve is installed due to the hole size.

What do you guys think?

Nevermind, I went ahead and did the install without the sleeve. There's clearly no way to implement a sleeve.

I hadn’t heard of this sleeve until now. Looking at the hole size in Q frame I don’t see how it could be installed. Also, there shouldn’t be much play in the hose when installed in the Q compared to the video installation. Others that have installed hydraulic brakes may have other thoughts (it’s on my to do list this winter).
