Hi Afi,
I purchased from a Cruzbike dealer here in California. Did some spins around their parking lot, this being my first experience on a two wheel recumbent I was a little shaky but moving around. Definitely different and exciting, and a good workout! I figured with more riding it’ll come to me. I have had a reconstructed shoulder injury that was flaring up while riding due to not being able to relax my grip. I think that’s the only body part Cruzbike doesn’t mention as their bike being easier on! lol

@Ace you do present an interesting fact. until you get your death grip managed AND get your handlebars set appropriately, the shoulders do get a lot more work out.
one exercise you can do is probably part of your PT already is straight arm pipe turns. start with just an pipe and then as you get stronger add a string with a small weight.
