I remain puzzled by the philosophy of not even pumping up the tires to take a for sale pic. What are sellers trying to communicate?

I wonder if there is a school of thought that suggests sellers should deflate a good tire to indicate - uh - what, exactly?

What are sellers trying to communicate?

Apparently it needs a new inner-tube and that it will be the buyers responsibility. But still, I agree with you Dan, why not sell it with a brand new $5 inner tube ready to ride. On the other hand it looks pretty clean and well taken care of.
