quick release skewer for bike trainer

I have an S40 with quick release wheels and want to put it onto an older smart trainer. My problem is the smart trainer requires a rounded head on each side of the skewer with the lever coming thru the side, so the one on the S40 doesn't fit. And the other skewers I have are too short to reach through the S40. Are the longer skewers available at bike shops or is the S40 a custom size?

Solved. I found a used skewer at a local shop that was the right length but without the round head, but I didn't mind marring up the used skewer on the trainer, and it holds just fine.
